Our journey, your spiritual home

Discover the heart behind Northwestern NC Cowboys for Christ. Learn about our passion for reaching the unchurched rural community and our commitment to faith, forgiveness, and redemption through Jesus Christ.

Our calling: reaching the unchurched

Northwestern NC Cowboys for Christ was born from a vision shared by John and David to connect with the hard-working, unchurched rural folks. We recognized a need for a spiritual community that understands and embraces those who may not fit into traditional church settings, especially those who work on Sundays.

Redemption and freedom in Christ

Our main message is one of forgiveness, redemption, and freedom found through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We believe everyone deserves a place to feel welcome and spiritually uplifted, no matter their background or past.

Our core values: reaching, loving, hoping

Guided by our foundational goals, we strive to reach the lost, love on the forgotten, and be a beacon of hope for everyone. This is achieved through the powerful ministry of the Word of God and uplifting acoustic-style music that draws our spirits to the Cross at Calvary.

Our founders: John Beasley and Rev. David Medlin

The vision for Northwestern NC Cowboys for Christ came to two men with a shared passion for building and music. John Beasley leads our musical ministry, bringing soulful acoustic worship. Rev. David Medlin serves as our spokesman and delivers inspiring sermons.

Together, during weekly music practices, we discuss challenges and find solutions through worship and praise to our Lord and Savior, ensuring our mission stays true to its purpose.
